Something's Fishy

A marine biologist has allegedly discovered a new species of crab that looks exactly like a strawberry with legs.

The crab, discovered off the southern coast of Taiwan, resembles another species living around Hawaii and other areas, but has a distinctive clam-shaped shell.

Apparently two females were discovered and died shortly afterwards supposedly because a cargo ship had run aground and polluted the area.

I'm not buying it and I've got a whole bunch of questions.

1) Why do they look like strawberries? If Darwin was right, it would seem to me that they should be in strawberry patches.

2) Why did they discover only females? Are they an amazon breed?

3) Do the Red Chinese have anything to do with this?
