Graveyard Dead

Believe it or not, not everyone would be delighted if this man was trying to break into their home.

This escapee from CrazyTown, Billy Riley, tried to break into Donna Jackson's home in Oklahoma for no apparent reason. Billy picked the wrong house.

Ms. Jackson called 911 to report that this looney toon was trying to bust in; however, being as she lives in rural Oklahoma the Sheriff isn't around the corner.

Lucky for Ms. Jackson she had a shotgun that she wasn't afraid to use. In her words to the 911 dispatcher: "I don't want to have to kill this man, but I'll kill him graveyard dead ma'am."

Because Oklahoma has a 'stand your ground' law, you can use force to defend yourself. Actually I'm not sure what the statute says exactly, but Jackson got permission to kill Billy graveyard dead. Which she did.
