A car owner in Woodbridge, New Jersey reported the Kenwood radio had been stolen from his Honda Civic while it was parked in his apartment complex's parking lot on Monday during the biggest snow storm of the season.Lest you suggest the young man needed a car alarm, be advised he had one. Unfortunately the thief disconnected it from the car battery.

Not to be an alarmist but why didn't an alarm go off when he broke into the hood to get to the battery.
