Is it just me or does Gravy resemble Lance Armstrong? A little?
I am a sucker for sports nostalgia and in typical fashion bawled my eyes out when the New York Rangers retired number 9, that worn by Adam Graves, last night at Madison Square Garden.
Graves joins the core of the 1994 Stanley Cup winning Rangers with his retired number. Mark Messier, Mike Richter, and Brian Leetch were there last night to see their teammate honored, along with over 18,000 fans.
I don't expect to have a good cry like that till the New York Yankees host Old Timers' Day this summer.
