Inquiring Minds Want to Know

Guys, do you kiss all your friends like this?

A few givens:

1) It is a tragedy that Jett Travolta died at the age of 16. No question that the grief his family must be enduring is probably off the charts.

2) People have been trying to 'out' John Travolta for decades.

3) In a world of crazy religions, Scientology is a gold medalist.

However, those in the public eye, those who make millions because they have fans who want to see them work ~ whether it be singing, acting, or throwing/catching a ball, don't suddenly become invisible or untouchable when tragedy hits home. Sorry, but that's just a fact.

When a teenager dies a lot of people have questions. Like, did he have a medical condition so severe that it killed him? Or were there contributing factors ~ like mommy and daddy's wild religious beliefs?

It would be nice to have the record set straight. If one of the nannies supposedly watching the young man was really the father's gay lover and unqualified for the job, could that be a contributing factor to the boy's death?

Personally, I don't care if John Travolta is gay, I just wish he'd come out and say so. I don't care if you believe we're descended from aliens who live under the ice cap, but let me know that your child was well taken care of despite that belief. Let me know that you did everything in your power to give him a normal life and I'll sleep better tonight.
