Changes in Prison Cafeteria Menus

Due to the recent nationwide outbreak of salmonella poisoning, peanut butter (the supposed cause of the illness) is being taken off prison menus.

Prisoners themselves have replaced peanut butter on the menu as you can see in this picture from the Associated Press where the incarcerated are being rolled into cafeterias at some of the country's finest institutions.
