Where Do Yuz Think Yuz Are?

Trigger man
Okay, who hasn't wanted to do this?
You pay $10 for a movie ticket, another $20 for a bucket of popcorn and a soda and some asshole sitting near you doesn't shut up through the entire movie. So you blow his brains out!
James Joseph Cialella Jr., 29, of Philadelphia did just that. He reportedly got very angry when a father and son would not stop talking throughout the showing of "The Curious Case of Benjamin Button," so he shot the father with a .380 caliber weapon after he threw popcorn at the kid and told him to shut up.
I'm wondering of Jim has previously experienced loud-mouthed theatre goers who think they're sitting on their living room couch. That may be why he had his gun with him.
The talkative guy got shot in the arm and will be okay. Ole Jim sat right back down to enjoy the show and dug into his popcorn.

There was a (less extreme) case a few years ago on Judge Judy. A woman tossed a soda on Mr. Talking-During-A-Movie guy and he sued her for an insane amount of money. JJ sympathized with the woman and only made her pay for the dry cleaning. (NOT permanent eye damage and embarrassment).
I don't condone violence, but why don't movie-goers have the common courtesy to turn off cell phones?
