Trouble in the Church

Old white rappers

Apparently there were more than a few theological conservatives who were quite dismayed when the Episcopal Church consecrated its first openly gay bishop.
Well they're mad as hell and they're not going to take it any more!
There is now a new Episcopal province comprised of breakaway dioceses and individual parishes.
The splinter group has about 100,000 where as the Episcopal church and the Anglican Church of Canada have close to 3 million.
According to HuffPo:
The new conservative province already has the support of seven leaders of Anglican national churches, called primates, including the archbishops of Nigeria, Rwanda, Kenya and the Southern Cone, based in Argentina. Duncan and others are soliciting more support from the overseas archbishops. However, it's not known whether that will lead to full acceptance by the communion.
Bolding is mine. I pray they might come up with another name for it.
