Judy Buchierri, 41, mother of 4, leaped from a moving SUV driven by Sandy Levine Friday night apparently because she thought he was too drunk to drive. She jumped either because of that or because they were arguing about where to go to continue their festivities. In either event, Ms. Buchierri would probably have fared better had she stayed in the vehicle.

The accident took place in Flushing, Queens, NY. Ms. Buchierri was from Valley Stream, Long Island, NY. She had told her hubby she was going out with friends. Mr. Buchierri has since told his 8-year-old that his mommy is an angel in heaven now. We won't get into that.

Cops found a pound of marijuana in the back of the vehicle, so Mr. Levine is also in trouble for that.

Apparently this is the same Sandy Levine who in 1994 rescued a man who had fallen on the subway tracks in Penn Station.
