Masked Avengers!In case you haven't heard, let me be the first to tell you how Sarah Palin was pranked by two radio personalities from Montreal.
They planned their prank for four or five days before actually placing the call to the vice presidential candidate. Oh, had McCain's handlers put that much effort into her vetting!
At first speaking to Palin's assistant "Bixy" one of the duo claimed to be French President Nicolas Sarkozy's aide.
Bixy, in perhaps her last day as Palin's assistant, handed the phone to Sarah.
For almost seven minutes Palin chatted with the alleged Sarkozy, giggling coquettishly, not recognizing the phony French accent, and not catching on when singer Johnny Hallyday was mentioned as Sarkozy's special adviser and the prankster mentions his good friend Canadian Prime Minister, Stef Carse, another singer.
Although she really, really could have made an ass of herself, fortunately for Bixy Sarah didn't really. No more than usual anyway.

I just tried it. Got through to her in Alaska. Told her she really won. She was so happy. She's on her way back to Washington. She says she'll call me when she lands cause she'll need a ride. Can't wait to tell her she's been pranked again.
