McFarland hiding hypodermic needles behind his backA New Jersey grand jury has indicted a Pennsylvania dentist, Thomas McFarland, Jr., on charges of dumping medical waste into the Townsend Inlet from a boat.
He has been charged with unlawful discharge of a pollutant and unlawful disposal of regulated medical waste.
The debris, including 260 dental-type needles, washed up along a stretch of beach the next day, and forced officials in Avalon to close the beaches five times in August.
My suggestion is, of course, to dump him into the inlet. After the trial naturally.
