This is Ted McGinley, who I am told was a sitcom actor, apparently breaking the arms of his partner. Maybe that's why he got voted off the show.

I understand Jeffrey Ross (alleged comedian) was voted off earlier.

Sometimes it's hard to remember that dancing was invented just so a guy would have an excuse to approach a gal and then they would have sex.
