This pic is of Heather Locklear who was arrested over the weekend and charged with DUI. No, the cops didn't think she had been drinking, but probably messing with a controlled substance or two.
The 47 year old Heather was hospitalized for a month last June and was treated for anxiety and depression.
Think she might have been abusing the pharmaceuticals.
She is really going to be depressed when she sees her mug shot.

She looks as though she has gone 3 rounds with a boxer. Surely they could provide a comb in central booking?
I don't know. I kinda prefer this look. No bullshit. Come to think of it, I preferred Paris' look when she just got out of jail.
