You might be wondering why.
Apparently he had just injected himself with cocaine and thought he had shot air into his vein. He was afraid he would die if he didn't take drastic action.
I think eating in Denny's and shooting up in there would be drastic enough, but no.
When the butter knife didn't work, 33-year-old Michael Lasiter grabbed a butcher knife from the kitchen and tried to finish the job.
Alas and alack, that didn't work either.
Eventually he was taken away and treated at an emergency room for his severe cuts.
Thankfully for all involved, that Denny's closed for the night.

Most would see this story as interesting in and of itself.
Only Moons sees that the stage is as important (if not more important) as the actors.
