A construction worker in New York City has filed a lawsuit against New York Presbyterian hospital for forcing him to have a rectal exam.
He had been hit in the head by a falling beam.
Now unless he had his head up his ass at the time of the accident, you might be wondering why in the world he would need a rectal exam. The hospital claims that was the way they were going to determine if he had a spinal cord injury.
Yeah, right.
Trial to start March 31st.

Not a good idea when at the original disposition the hospital's lawyers greeted him with, "What's up?"
Talk about insult to injury.
