Have you ever noticed that in most pictures of kids with "Santa" they're bawling their eyes out?
Who decided it was a good idea to put little kids on a big fat guy's lap and take a picture? Never mind just any old fat guy, but a guy dressed up in a red suit with a big ole beard?!
And people complain about sweatshops! This is also torture of children!
Someone decided clowns were a good idea too.
Wrong!
There is absolutely nothing funny about clowns. They are terrifying. They have tons of make-up on, resembling Mary Kay, and they do stupid things. Not funny!
Fortunately clowns and pictures with Santa usually have to be sought. Now all we have to do is work to keep mimes off the streets.

It is good to take kids out of their comfort zone. Keeps psychoanalysis industry chugging, too.
