You might have expected better of me, but I am actually going to mention Lindsay Lohan.
Lindsay is the birthday girl today!
She's twenty-one years old!
Finally it's legal for her to be served alcohol in the watering hole of her choice.

And on a more serious note -- you cannot expect La Lohan to be raised by parents such as hers, be thrust into show business, and come out "normal" on the other side. Let's be realistic. She obviously inherited a crop of bad goop from the gene pool. Not totally her fault, but then again, she does have the power to control her actions.
