War Games

There are many things in this world that I don't understand; things beyond my comprehension.

Like Civil War reinactments.

A woman I worked with married a guy who was really into them. That would have been enough for me to tell him, "Adios!"

All wars are horrific; civil wars in particular. Why try to relive them, and in particular, one you weren't around for the first time?

Do these guys try to change the outcome? Do they stick to a set script? Is this considered "fun" or is it penance for some indiscretion?

Nope. Don't get it. Not at all.
