Got What I Deserved -- I Guess

CVS has done it again.

Instead of filling the prescription as the doctor wrote it, I received two pills for three weeks instead of three pills per day for three weeks. If you do the math you will notice I will come up short 21 pills.

Now I didn't major in pharmacology in college, but I would think that on the first day of class they teach you how to read a doctor's handwriting. Or if they really can't read it, they should call and check.

Probably on the second day of class they teach you how to count the number of pills you'll be giving to the customer.

No doubt on the second or third day they teach how to identify the various drugs so that you don't give the consumer the wrong medication.

This seems like just basic stuff to me. And these future pharmacists go to college for five years? Wouldn't that mean they go over and over these rudimentary steps?

Well, the pharmacist checked with my doctor and has the additional medication waiting for me.

I can't wait to see what they fuck up next month.

Don't forget the most important lesson a pharmacist must learn: How to convince the public that it takes hours to fill up a bottle with pills without the public saying, what the fuck am I waiting for?
