In case you haven't heard it is NOT cool to depict Mohammed with a turban on his head that looks like a bomb. Apparently, such displays can lead to idolatry. Huh?

No, I think the real reason it's not cool is because the folks in the Middle East HATE Westerners and that has nothing to do with idolatry. I haven't seen Albert Brooks' movie about humor in the Middle East, but I think the bottom line is that there isn't anything funny about the Middle East.

I am afraid the Muslim mindset is something I will never get a handle on, BUT THAT'S OKAY. You can't draw a cartoon of Mohammed, but you should go on pilgrimages where you will probably be slaughtered and you should try to kill as many infidels as possible. Is this fairly accurate?

I'm sure Jesus would get a big kick out of a cartoon of Him with a bomb turban on His head. Christ, I HOPE so.
