In a surprise move to control the spiraling cost of Social Security, the Bush Administration will be sending out boatloads of the elderly into bodies of water and drowning them!
The first "dry run" (as it were) was really a wet one as a boatload of alleged sight-seeing seniors was capsized in Lake George, New York, and twenty killed.
"Twenty fewer checks we'll be sending every month," chortled an administration spokesperson who declined to be identified.
