Basic Rules to Keep You Dry

Hurricanes, drenching rains, etc., etc.

Sick and tired of having your house and possessions destroyed and/or disappeared? Here are some basics to keep your stuff, sanity included:

1) Don't live near water. That's a real simple one. If there's a body of water bigger than your bathtub, you don't want to build a house there.

2) Don't live in a city that has a name with any reference to water in it. Stay away from towns that have the words "port" or "surf" or "ocean," just to name a few.

3) Don't live on streets that mention water. You don't want to live on "Canal Road," "River Road," "Lakeview Drive," or anything similar.

4) Consider residing in areas that mention "desert," or "dry."

Be safe.
