The Iraqis can't come up with a constitution so that's all folks, the U.S. is pulling out.

We've given them every chance to decide whether women should be treated as cattle or sheep in heat and they just can't come to any conclusions, so we're packin' up and movin' out.

Don't forget we really can't call them "The Iraqis." After all they're not a rock band. They're really the Kurds and Whey, the Shits, and the Shitless. A bunch of tribes all living in an ecologically useless corner of the world except for the fact that they're sitting on all that damn oil.

They know what they want, but they really don't. They can't even spell democracy let alone figure out what it is and if they should embrace it.

The constitution should be based on the Koran (spell it however you'd like), but on which version of the Koran? The Shitheads version or the Kurds and Whey version?
