The man police in London shot in the head five times the other morning was not a terrorist.
Oh well. You win some, you lose some.
No doubt this will happen again, so some advice on how to stay alive in the current day world:
1) Even if it is snowing, don't wear a winter coat in July.
2) If police want to question you, don't run away from them. Just stop and keep your hands where they can see them.
3) Try to avoid looking "ethnic." Shave your facial hair, dye your hair blond.
4) Don't carry a backpack. A backpack screams, "I have an explosive device." Men, rethink carrying a Vuitton clutch.
5) Don't take public transportation. Walk, take a cab, or have the police take you where you want to go.

I tried traveling only in my underwear but I kept getting frisked anyway. They said it still looked like I was "carrying" ;-)
