There is a petition going around the internet that Catholics are being urged to sign and forward to all their friends and loved ones. Apparently, there was an auction of the Holy Eucharist on eBay and (some) Catholics are outraged. These Catholics (and I'm sure others of different beliefs) want eBay to stop allowing the auction of what they believe to be Christ's body.
For the uninitiated, Roman Catholics believe that when consecrated by a priest, the bread becomes the body of Christ. Therefore to their minds, the body of Jesus Christ was auctioned and sold on eBay.
In the petition and accompanying rallying cries to stop this in the future, the comparison is made to some Nazi paraphernalia which eBay will not allow to be sold.
To my mind Nazi items are instruments of hate. I daresay that even the protesters would have to admit that the Holy Eucharist, the Bread of Life, the Lamb of God, etc. is an instrument of love at the very least.
eBay takes the stance that they treat this consecrated host as they do any other religious article.
I can't really fault eBay for their stance although I think I'd like more information on why you can't sell body parts of humans but you can sell what some humans think are bodies.

I love being Mooned by you!
Maybe I was being too aggressive and overly familiar in that last comment.
How about: I greatly enjoy being Mooned by Leo.
I don't want to indicate a lack of professional respect.
