The Terri Schiavo case has prompted me to let my wishes be known should I be in a situation such as she where I would not be able to convey my desire to be kept alive by artificial means.
I DON'T WANT TO DIE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. KEEP ME ALIVE BY ANY MEANS POSSIBLE.
In fact, even if I should die, I want everything done to resuscitate me.
Don't care how many tubes you have to stick into me, how many artificial machines you have to hook me up to, just keep me going. I want to be the Michael Jackson of the hospice. If I need a hyperbaric chamber, get me into one. Don't pull that damn plug or I'll be back to haunt you. I'll know who you are.
Luckily I have no money that anyone would want to kill me for, but who knows what other motives someone might have that might prompt them to cut off my life support?
So keep me going. Forever if necessary. Spare no expense.
As you can see if you watch the newscasts, Pope John Paul II is in a similar situation and his toadies are keeping him going. They prop him up and someone wiggles his arm so it looks like he's giving a blessing, but let's face it, he's not in any better shape than Terri Schiavo.
Hope everyone will follow my example and get their desires known.

I'm with you. The last thing I'd want to go and do is... DIE. Nope. Not on my "to do" list at all. Nope, nope, nope. Don't want to do that dying thing. NOT AT ALL! Complete opposite of suicidal. That's what I am. Livingsidal. That's the best way to describe my inclinations. I mean, if you want, you can consider this my livingside note. Cause you know waht? I just don't want to die. The rest of you can go ahead and do it if you want. Not me.
Well, I say, give me 14 days, on the 15th pull that plug... Haven't you seen million dollar baby? And, she was conscious!
Save my family the extra cash and throw me a great funeral party!!!
