But their mouths are cleaner than ours!

There is a television commercial for Clorox wipes that you may have seen.

There's a big family gathering at "Mom's." The commercial is narrated by Mom's daughter.

The daughter is really impressed that Mom insists on keeping her kitchen clean with Clorox wipes.

"Sponges just push the bacteria around," are Mom's paraphrased words of wisdom.

What the daughter doesn't comment on (although she mentions that kids and dogs are at this gathering) is that we have all been shown a shot of some mutt licking a plate full of hot dogs.

Now maybe it's just me, but I'd rather have a kitchen full of used sponges than one dog who doesn't know its place and needs a muzzle.

Of course, the plate of hot dogs could have been prepared solely for the four legged guests at the soiree, but I doubt it. I think it's a safe bet that there were going to be humans wrapping their lips around those weiners not knowing that Fido had already licked them.

Maybe Mom and her family prefer frankfurters with that extra coating of pooch spit. Kinda makes you wonder what else is going on in that kitchen.
