Can you see the little crazy man dangling from the Tappan Zee Bridge? That's Michael Davitt who was fired from his Rockland County mental health counseling job because --- well, he's nuts.
Getting fired really pissed him off so he made a huge sign that made no sense and lowered himself from the side of the bridge where he dangled for hours, holding up traffic and pissing everyone off.
Just as the police were about to lower him on to a police boat, he jumped in the water and swam away.
Before he could swim upstream to spawn, he was plucked from the Hudson River by a police boat. He was cuffed and taken away.
He is being held in the aquarium for observation.
