Juliet Breitman and Jacob Kohn showed wanton disregard for the safety of others as they careened down East 52nd Street in New York City on their bicycles equipped with training wheels. They were four years old at the time.

Juliet's attorney filed a motion to dismiss because of her age, but Manhattan Supreme Court Justice, Paul Wooten rejected that argument.

Now before you go saying this is totally ridiculous bear in mind they did in fact run an old lady over and break her hip. When you're an octogenarian that's as good as pushing you in a coffin. Whether you're four or twenty-four you shouldn't be riding your bike at break neck speed on a busy city sidewalk. Whoever was your custodian at the time should have had better control over your activities.

Insurance companies will be handling this so don't get your panties in a twist that the kiddies might end up in the slammer. They won't.
