Oh, man. You don't want this guy coming into your hotel room to change the sheets, especially after he's stained them with your blood.

Derrick Praileau, the housekeeping manager at the Essex Hotel, has been arrested and charged with the murder of Andree (Sara) Bejjani in her condo.

He strangled her, slashed her and then left her room with the 10 inch knife sticking out of her neck.

But (according to the NY Daily News) The cold-blooded killer left Bejjani for dead on the floor - with the knife still in her neck - then returned to the room hours later in an attempt to tidy up the murder scene, the sources said.

Apparently you can take the guy out of housekeeping, but you can't take housekeeping out of the guy.
